- Remote Work - Friendly Environment - Offsite meetings

Cons

- They will tell you that everything is great and then you can find yourself fired for no valid reason. - The top management did not understand their bad financial situation until it is too late. They even were trying to employ more people once they decided to shrink the company size by 20%. - Top management keeps telling that you are a valuable family member but on the last day of the laid-off people, they stated "We don't need passengers". What a family... - Lots of inexperienced employees. - No room for personal improvement. - Low quality of work.

They say they are flexible for the right candidate in terms of salary but slashed it by 20% when it was time for the offer - this was after a 3 month interview process. No mentorship or guidance, no clear roadmap.

+ The culture is focused around collaboration and team work. + Endless exciting challenges and there's lots of opportunity to make an impact + As the business has grown the CEO has protected, and genuinely values respect, ownership, collaboration + Company is placed within an exciting space + Hands on culture, no ego's or arrogance - the small things are recognised + Management is very supportive and gets things done + Remote working - focus on getting the job done well rather than face time + The People - I've never worked with such smart and creative individuals who care + Endless learning opportunities and individual training budgets + Competitive compensation/benefits w/ opportunities to gain as the company grows. Equity for some roles + CEO and Co Founder both incredibly well educated, separately are both inspiring leaders.

Cons

Not really a "Con", but I will say, similar to other tech companies, it's very fast paced and things can change often and quickly. To be successful here you have to be adaptable and see change as an opportunity
