Pros

Ownership of work makes us use innovative ideas to work thru the result. Assignments are very timebound and people really need to excel day in & day out. Ownership also gives a lot of accountability and few assignments would require pure individual contribution.

Cons

People who are more dependent on Resume Tools might not find easy going here. Recruitment Orders are very time specific and require 100% fit - very tough for people who cannot learn fast.
