I worked there for 9 years. We had like 9 different Executive Directors. Their administration is so chaotic and so toxic, it’s beyond belief. If I didn’t need my health insurance so badly, I would have left a long time ago. They would have some periods where they’d make you believe that things were going to change, and then bam. Back to being toxic. I was discriminated against due to my disability, and that was swept under the rug. Then the managers lied and said I’d left my shift when I asked my supervisor if I could go home because I wasn’t feeling up to working that day. I received permission, went home, put on suspension and then fired. It’s so toxic. The employees are scared and “keeping their heads down” so they aren’t noticed. One manager was told she was told she was too friendly and quit before they demoted her for BEING TOO FRIENDLY. Toxicity infects every level of this place. And if Jen Baxter is still there, run as fast as you can.
