      I've got a great speechie manager with over 10 years of clinical knowledge, and I don't have to do much travel at all between the school work and telehealth I get to do, I'm probably only driving a 2 or 3 hours a week

      Cons

      NDIS is hard and tiring but I stick at it because I'm learning so much.

      I haven't been there long but everyone has been wonderfully friendly and supportive and there is a great collegial team environment.

      Cons

      There's a few processes that might need to be tweaked as we grow but nothing very big.
