Pros
Sales is what you make it. No one breathing down your neck, up to you how many calls and clients you want to acquire. Co-workers were enjoyable to work with
Cons
False promises made by management to keep you working harder and longer. These promises aren't worth working for. Revolving door of employees. You are never valued and are always expendable with someone else they can fool into doing the same job for less pay, even if results suffer.

The start up environment makes it exciting and things can change extremely quickly.
Cons
Tough management, Inexperienced management, poor compensation, zero to no benefits. You are expected to sweat blood for the company but when it is there turn to reimburse you for your efforts its always in empty promises. The turnover is extremely high and everything is done the "cheapest" way possible. The lack of pay and the management styles attract very poor employees without much experience. Be advised
