      - The hours can be long - it's very easy to get caught up in doing what you love so you need to be personally accountable for ensuring you achieve your desired work-life balance otherwise its easy for it to get out of control. - The fast paced nature of our work is not for everyone and you need to be comfortable working with ambiguity.
