Its based in Exeter and has new offices.

Cons

The Chief Executive is a charlatan who encourages bullying, victimisation, and cost reductions whilst systematically stuffing his own mouth with gold. His ability to manipulate and fool the board is his most exemplary skill. I have worked for many Chief Executives in the housing world, this is a highly unusual. His desk is full of compromise agreements and legal near misses.

Once Good But Now Painfully Stressful

I have been working for DCH 18 years before we changed to LiveWest, slowly moving up to management. Only now I see how we treat the little people and customers when some managers make mistakes they blame the customer or lower staff but never take responsibility. Management saying: We Are Always Right!
