Management is open to feedback and encourages professional growth. Exposure to modern tools and real-world business challenges. Friendly culture with a positive and inclusive workplace. Good autonomy and trust to own your work.

Cons

Career progression and promotion paths could be more clearly defined. Some projects move quickly, leading to shifting priorities. Cross-team communication can occasionally be improved. Documentation and internal processes could be more standardized. Workload may fluctuate depending on project deadlines. More structured learning and mentorship programs would be beneficial. Compensation and benefits could be more competitive for certain roles.

Pros

Take control over things that desperately need shaping.

Cons

Difficult to find many positives here. Management is highly toxic despite a bloated executive structure — titles carry little weight and the lack of mutual respect across levels is evident. Collaboration is minimal, with "we're a scale-up" routinely used to excuse poor culture. Strategic direction is inconsistent at best. Leadership chases trends — crypto, AI — without any apparent research or rigour underpinning the decisions, resulting in constantly shifting targets. The core product is one of the weaker offerings in the hospitality space. Customers are routinely oversold, implementations run late, and dissatisfaction is widespread. Retention appears largely driven by the legacy Abacus product rather than any merit of the current platform. Readers beware - many of the positive reviews left on here are not reflective of the actual culture of the place. Unsure how they got past Glassdoor.

Thanks for the feedback. Hopefully you attended our global roadshow recently hosted by the Co-CEO's. The good news is we will be moving to a modern new office shortly. This was also communicated at the roadshow.
