Thanks for taking the time to write us a review. Dear reviewer, you say in your “Cons” that there are no salary hikes but then you point out that your raise was only 3%? That doesn’t make sense to me? For your information, we do give raises which average between 5 and 10 percent and can range up to a 25% increase depending on job performance. You also say that you were only paid you for 5 of your 7 days off to get married. Personally I think that was extremely generous especially when you consider that our Bangalore office cumulatively grants almost 40 days off per year in holidays, vacation, and sick days. Based upon these contradictory and questionable negative comments I would hope that readers will use common sense to consider the objectiveness of this review.
