Pros

- Great management team, great head of sales, lot of coaching and enablement to constantly improve and gain lots of experience fast. - Compensation can be very rewarding if you hit or exceed quota. - Actual remote culture. Meaning no micromanagement, people are aware you might be working in underwear from your couch and don't care as long as you get things done. - Great WLB. You won't receive anything after 6pm and will never be required to in return.

Cons

- Outbound is challenging in this market, innovation and good strategy is essential to make it work.
