Pros

There is absolutely nothing positive to say.

Cons

First of all, stop using CHATgpt to respond to the reviews. Second of all, the CEO himself is never working, he seems like he doesnt even has an architectural degree nor did he went to an architectural university. His job is basically just „approving“ drawings that his workers do. He approves drawings that are not even correctly. I have been working in several interior architectural studios and this is the only one who does it in an odd way. The workflow just doesnt make sense and who knows if the projects are even real? Ive been talking with his past clients before and they warned me.

Pros

Working at this studio gives you the opportunity to be part of large and prestigious projects, mostly luxury hotels located all over the world. It’s a very exciting and rewarding experience. The atmosphere is really positive and people are friendly and collaborative. There’s a strong sense of teamwork, and you always feel supported by your colleagues. It’s definitely a great place to grow professionally, expand your skills, and learn more about different aspects of architecture and design.

Cons

Sometimes the pace can be intense, especially close to deadlines, but it’s all part of working on ambitious projects. It’s also a great chance to learn how to manage time and priorities better, so even the busy moments become valuable learning experiences.

Pros

Award-Winning Work: It's exciting to be part of a team that consistently delivers top-tier projects and getting several Internation Design Awards. Learning and Growth: The experience and knowledge here are invaluable. Global Exposure: Our involvement in international projects exposes us to diverse design challenges and global perspectives with different design solutions to fit each project individually. Creative Environment: Ideas are valued, and collaboration is encouraged. It’s really a very creative and positively challenging atmosphere. Professional Tools and Facilities: the company provides state of the art computers and ergonomic workspace and facilities to ensure that our best work is performed. Strong Recognition: We are rewarded and recognized, even more than industry standards and whenever we contribute to the success English Language Environment: As the company works mainly in English, it creates an international work environment where people from different countries can be integrated.

Cons

Work-Life Balance: The intensity of projects can lead to long hours, which can be challenging some time albeit we have seen low tide where projects were not flowing. Internal Communication: Clearer communication about project timelines and expectations about deliveries would improve workflow. Internship: Interns are under preforming which leads to senior members of the team working additional hours to cover their work. The company needs to improve on the quality of interns placement.
