Pros

Besides a few genuinely nice people who work there, I can think of no others.

Cons

A truly shocking place to work where intimidation and bullying are encouraged by the incompetent two-faced Australian CEO toward anyone he doesn't quite like. This, despite a public anti-bullying stance which of course they hide behind when actually committing the very things they preach against. Lies will be invented in order to intimidate people out of the business. The people to be most worried about are those that have been there the longest. You only survive at LS by becoming "one of them". Free thinkers and people with a conscience NEED NOT APPLY. Trust me, you won't survive. I cannot un-recommend this place enough. But if you do give it a go and the inevitable happens, hop back on here and tell your story and potentially save someone else's career and sanity.
