      Pros

      A room full of young people, an array of different talent professionals from more backgrounds than most businesses by far, and a clear focus on purpose makes for an inspiring place to work.

      Cons

      Not everyone is comfortable working so closely with so many young people, who are actively encouraged to be themselves, even if that's a bit noisy, chaotic and disruptive at times, it's not for everyone.
