Pros

This company and this job saved my life, but that's a story for another time. This company cares about its employees and works to inspire, educate, and encourage growth across the board. The creativity is off the charts and the projects that need tackling are varied and interesting. Expect to be welcomed onto a team that cares for you, where opportunities for learning, gaining new skills, and team bonding are always available. Company events, grabbing lunch or snacks in the office, and having a nice dog to pet just under your desk are nice perks. If you're out in the field, you're still in the mix and they'll work to have you just as connected as those in the office. Plus you're always invited to attend events and stop by when you're in town. Don't get me wrong, it's hard work. Rolling up your sleeves and getting down and dirty is only the start. You will be relied upon and your input is integral to success at any level. Sometimes you'll start your day and it'll be like the beach scene in Saving Private Ryan, and if you're not ready for that, this is not the job for you. But if you want to work hard and play hard, come join the fun.

Pros

Livly is an innovative company with a vision to disrupt a truly massive industry.

Cons

Livly is an early stage start up so every day is different. If you like an exciting, always-changing environment, Livly is for you. If you're into completely predictable day-to-day, Livly may be the wrong choice.

Pros

Livly is solving a relatable problem with a focus on bringing joy to our customers - and to its employees! There's a focus on values and culture. People care a lot about the company and that is evident to their dedication to this place. It's not a 9-5 workplace but you are rewarded by seeing the impact of your work daily. Plus, the people here are talented, innovative, ambitious, and like to have some fun!

Cons

There are some inevitable growing pains and challenges that accompany an early stage, quickly growing company. You must be adaptable to change and comfortable in a fast paced environment - but this is what keeps you on your toes and makes the work more exciting!
