Working at LIZY is like working for your own company, but as an employee. As their first Sales, I'm able to define the strategy and execute it. For a 24 year old, this is awesome! Everyone goes through an in depth hiring process to make sure you're the best possible fit for the company. This leads to a very strong and motivated team. Benefits are on a start up standard but this is compensated by the growth that Lizy will reach via fe. stock options, scaling commission ... Very nice environment to work in. Everyone will try to make you feel at home fast.
Cons
Not for people who want a simple 9 to 5, well defined job . You're often doing a lot of stuff outside your job as well if the needs are there. This makes it a great challenge if you want to learn and grow though.
