They are very disorganized. There is no trust. Upper management micromanages the property personnel and make it difficult to help the paying customer. The company culture changed in the 2 years I was with the company. The philosophy is not that we are a team or that we work together but one of "you" work for me. They rule they do not lead, and it is by fear and intimidation. In our industry the average turn over is approximately 50%, Finlay Management has had about 90% turn over at the executive/corporate level. That should be alarming to ANY job seekers or possible investor/owner. If a manager had 90% turn over in their staff or property, that would need to be addressed.
