Very poor pay (20-25% lower than market average) for what was essentially a 1st/2nd line support crossover. No pay rise in 2 years. Pay also equally poor in other departments as expressed by colleagues. | IT department not fairly equipped (expected to use outdated, mismatched, outdated equipment). Expected to use personal mobile phone when offsite | IT department atmosphere generally quite grumpy and negative, not a pleasant environment | No recognised union despite having over 1300 employees across two businesses (Lloyd Motors, Lloyd Ltd) |
