Cannot get the basics right

Pros

Little oversight and you’ll be left alone as long as you produce enough work

Cons

There seems to be absolutely no overarching control despite the fact that there seem to be more managers than actual staff. Creditors left unpaid for months, its embarrassing frankly. There is an enormous sales division and an even more enormous revolving door.

Pros

Although it’s still early days, the experience so far has been very positive. The onboarding has been well structured, welcoming and supportive, which has given me confidence that I made the right decision in joining

Cons

Not a negatives as such, but the business is clearly in a period of growth, and with that come expected operational challenges following acquisition and divestment. These are typical for an organisation at this stage, and overall the momentum feels positive and forward-looking.
