No plan for growth it's like a tech company said let's start a mortgage company and then that was the end of the planning. Poor staff but even poorer managers (and EVERY ONE is a manager) without actually doing anything or making a decision. You keep laying off workers because you literally just made up goals without an actual business plan of how to get there. Have not hit goal in months, if ever.
