Got into agency life, great B2B clients, Wonderful coworkers, paid adequately

Cons

Working on their social team means being at or beyond bandwidth at all times. If you tell them you’re overworked they chastise you for being lazy. Your achievements as social are consistently overlooked and you are expected to do everything with no team support. I’ll keep it about the job and not office politics.

Three years in, with wonderful memories made and excited for what is to come working with the Lobeline team. I look forward to starting each and every day which speaks volumes and is how it should be though rarely is. Keep up the great work!

Cons

Very fast paced and often have to keep your head on a swivel managing multiple projects. With that, it is recognized and appreciated from leadership and support is always provided.

Great management, work culture, pay, and perks. Regular schedule gets a bit out of sorts because of the various time zones for each of our offices but the reward of helping our clients achieve the best possible results makes it all worthwhile. An excellent agency to work for to fulfill the vision of what makes the job feel more like a hobby. Love what you do and do what you love!

Wish the time zones were a little more friendly lol
