Lower level manager is not that great. She micro manages and jumps into situations saying we do things wrong or have the wrong item BEFORE she analyzes or asks about the situation. Very unprofessional and rude. Will do it right in front of members and embarass the servers then realise she was wrong but never apologises. Almost none of the staff cares for her. Shifts run much smoother when the other 2 managers are there and she is not.
