Being the oldest known recruitment firm based in Dubai, Lobo is definitely seasoned with knowledge, expertise and not to forget a loyal base of clients that trust their services. The team is one of the friendliest I've worked with and makes you feel at home. It's a perfect environment for a self-starter who can function independently. The current office interiors are one of the best available in JLT with ample space and a great view!
Cons
A career at Lobo will require complete independence. It'll be best to work with your own clients as soon as possible. The current office location in JLT can be tricky for those who drive to work due to parking limitations. Bear in mind that they still operate as a start-up and hence, you'll need to go the extra mile in order to truly succeed. There are no real cons compared to a lot of companies I've worked with.
