Pros
So many of the team are have been here over 10 years so there is so much knowledge and when I first joined it was a reassurance that they look after people so well that they stay!! The majority of the company have worker there over 5 years - they work hard have good salary and perks. They give flexi hours, really support those with kids, lots of women have been on maternity and returned, several twice. (I am on maternity leave and have been looked after so well I cant wait to return). A company doesn't last 15 years and grow like this one by treating its staff badly.
Cons
Its a fast paced environment so its very busy and not for lazy people. So a few people don't work out - usually those who are lazy.
