Pros
Excellent team & collaborative culture, lots of opportunity to own initiatives end-to-end and make an impact, plenty of challenges along with the support to meet them. A recognition that team members have personal lives and families, and generous accommodation/mutual reinforcement where employees need to attend to serious personal matters or unplanned circumstances. Exciting & dynamic time to be with the company as it scales!
Cons
As with most ambitious smaller orgs, going above-and-beyond is really the baseline here (not so much a 'con' as an expectation). Similarly, expect to work with different kinds of empassioned personalities and exercise & continue to build out your communication skills toolkit.
