      Pros

      They believe in hard work and reward those who have a great work ethic. I'm obviously new but coming from somewhere I was extremely micromanaged at this is such a nice change. I don't feel pressure, I don't feel micromanaged and I am trusted to do my job. Also anytime I have ever asked anyone a question people go out of their way to help me. No drama between people and my boss is just one of the nicest people.

      Cons

      Not a lot of training for someone who doesn't have experience and it is a lot of learn as you go.
