Pros

At least you have benefits because profit sharing is going away more than likely, but the benefits keep getting downgraded. The facility is clean, mostly.

Cons

Almost all of the management is not good.

Pros

Lochinvar itself is a good place to work with great value towards the employees and the working environment. Plenty of opportunities to be promoted and learn new skills within the manufacturing plant or the office.

Cons

Change in ownership. Lochinvar was purchased by AO Smith and has devastated the morale of office employees and management teams. Lochinvar has taken several steps backwards in processes. Sad.

Laid back environment. Good people to work with. Great supervisor in CAD.

Old school thinking. Boys club upper management team. They hire more new young talent than promote from within.
