      The rest of the team is amazing

      Cons

      Owner and upper managers have no idea what they’re doing. They do not know how to run a business in any way and will not listen to anyone else’s feedback. I came in with years of management experience and was the smartest person in the room but paid the least. If you love nepotism and arrogance this is the job for you!

      Lock 27 Brewing is a great place to work! They ownership family/top leaders have an outside the box way of thinking with growth paths unlike others in the industry.

      The craft beverage industry is on currently on a downslope.
