      Working at L&S makes you feel free and secure, your ideas and creativity is heard and you dare to think out of the box with no consequences of getting judged. You can ask anything you want with anonymous forms which makes it easy to sort out your doubts. Work-life balance is there and you must be motivated to work as per your key results. It's never how much you work, it's about how much you achieve in terms of your KR. Always a practical way to work in a corporate scenario.
