Pros

Very relaxed atmosphere. Not very difficult the vast majority of the time. At most locations it's great if you have online classes and need time to work on homework or study.

Cons

It's hard to get fired from Lockaway, which is great for most people but also means if you have a terrible co-worker you're probably going to be stuck with them for a while. The company is also very cheap, especially after Covid, and favoritism is very big here.

The only good thing about this company is the actual duties itself .

Cons

DMs of this company are on their high horse and are a joke. They do not care about their tenants, their facilities or their employees. This California owned company only cares about making a buck… litteraly.
