A very nice and friendly team, with a well coordinated work environment making shifts and live events run extremely smoothly. A place where you work but are also able to learn at the same time, while never feeling too stressful.

My colleagues are great, management are really flexible around my working hours/days as a mum, the job itself is so fun and no two days are ever the same. The venue manager of 2 years is a great improvement upon the last, she offers great support to all employees and the workplace environment is very jovial provided you do your job right. Regular constructive feedback is given on your performance every 6 months once probation has been passed so that you reach your full potential.
