      It was great with past management.

      Cons

      New management that could care less about the people or the residents. How do you run a business when you treat others so unprofessional and with disrespect? That lesson in life will cost you tons if you ever figure it out

      Making a difference in the lives of seniors.

      Cons

      * Poorly run senior living division * Immature, unprofessional regional manager with no leadership abilities or business ethics * Unrealistic, unclear expectations * No praise, support, or professional advancement * "Success" is based on popularity instead of actual measurable achievements. Termination was documented as based on opinion, not fact * Public beratement and ridicule * Community management will not comply with any new policy or procedure and is not required to do so. Is allowed to mistreat, bully, and undermine department heads * Punished for bringing ethical issues to HR attention

      Great company if you have a good regional manager

      Pros

      This company can give you a sense of being part of a team. Frequent company wide parties and events. Decent pay. They try to promote with in. Chance of good commissions and bonuses.

      Cons

      Some of the managers and regional managers are clueless when it comes to working with people. If you get the wrong regional manager your life will be hell. Promised to be trained for promotion but there was not a good training system in place.
