      You will get great flexibilty in terms of work, good pay. You will be given mac.

      Cons

      People have been fired without prior notice during covid times. You will find politics here in management.

      Leadership team is incompetent and unable to communicate the vision

      Pros

      work-life balance, Since VP & Vidit do not have clear vision what needs to be achieved (in quaterly level or 6month) there is often no work pressure

      Cons

      Low salaries, Salaries get delayed often and even delays are not communicated HR is working like govt sector.

      Pros

      You can speak your mind out. Even if its the CEO you are talking to. Majorly great peers, smart, experienced and down to earth. Opportunity to learn and implement whatever you are interested in No cabin culture, everyone is reachable to you. Complete freedom from top to excercise your initiatives.

      Cons

      Sometimes work life balance goes for toss, you wouldn't mind it muchthough if you love working and it results of your work please you.
