      Pros

      Management is objective and transparent. The CEO/COO hold very informative monthly company-wide meetings to openly discuss the business environment and client snap shots. Employees are encouraged to ask questions and comment. I have regular performance reviews and have been given opportunities for personal/professional development.

      Management has leaned more on the team to increase productivity and to network to generate new business.
