      Amazing coworkers, for the most part tips good

      Cons

      Favoritism is rampant so rules/ consequences don’t apply to certain people.. very little opportunity to advance into any sort of managerial role especially as a woman

      Lodge Management is a family owned business with some of Chicago's most iconic venues. As a company we are up to date with technology and a leader in many areas. It has been rewarding working with Ownership and a new team of like minded professionals. I look forward to continued growth of both company and its employees.

      Terrible work environment, don't value their hard working employees, no career advancement opportunities, unethical business practices, executive team is a joke, poor business decisions, zero communication, antiquated business processes, back stabbers, the list goes on and on and on and on and on and on...
