      Pros

      Excellent team and atmosphere, flexible schedule, independence, personal development, relaxed dress code, real hybrid model (telework and face to face work). Trust in staff, where valuable feedback and teamwork it´s a real thing. Every staff member is taken into consideration and everyone contributes.

      Sometimes new tasks appear unexpectedly, but it is inevitable in the day to day of any company
