I really enjoy working here. It's a great environment with awesome people with good training. Depending on the position, the job can be hybrid which is great.

This is a company that provides excellent work/ life balance. Most overtime is optional, but is an option if you need it. Growth potential is huge for hardworking, dedicated people. Small but growing family owned company that has a ton of compassion for its employees. Lots of progress has been made on improving processes and becoming better in just the few years I have been here. Loeb loves to hire within the company and only goes outside if they can't find a qualified candidate within making them very loyal. We are family.
