Thank you for your feedback. It seems that you once enjoyed being at Loft9 but that changed. We apologize that you had this experience. While it is accurate that we’ve needed to focus on some firm expenses, we do not feel that it is fair to suggest that we do not invest in our employees. Our latest data shows that our associates have on average 94 hours of learning/training in a year; benchmark data indicates that this is ahead of most other firms. Additionally, our associates do still have the opportunity to expense “associate connections,” an opportunity to grab coffee or lunch with other Loft9 associates to share stories, swap best practices and simply connect. Finally, to your point regarding the types of roles available, many consulting firms will have a blend of project based and staff augmentation work, especially if they have managed services as we do. In our perspective it is important to have the right balance, something we work at constantly. We understand we didn’t get it right in your perspective, and apologize again for that misalignment, but we are proud of the work our amazing associates do with our fantastic clients.
