Salary, different modern style of construction , builders don’t do warranty or have to deal with homeowners . Management does not micro manage their builders let you run your homes and schedule on your own terms

Vendor pay rate is a little slow , land position

Small company, that operates with a big business mentality. Open to suggestions of improvement in all area's of the company. High visibility for all employees; where management gets employees feedback and buy in, in regards to employee related matters. High growth potential.
Cons
It is a small sized company which may not be ideal for all candidates.
