Admin can be very deceitful. Trainees for CDL CL B license were signed up to work with general education students, driving big buses. However, after trainees completed training, admin “informed” them that employment for GE was not available, thus they must either pay for the training or work for special education, little bus. Truth was, employment was available for GE; admin simply deceived new drivers into SpEd, because the company was short of drivers for that department. Also, payroll is unreliable when it’s time to pay for field trips & extra runs. I informed dispatch several times about a double run I made months ago. Needless to say, I never got paid.
