      Good training, good piece pay

      Cons

      Installers pay for all tools, must purchase the work vehicle, all maintenance and upkeep is on you. Commercial insurance is expensive

      Pros

      decent amount of freedom to do what you need while running calls.

      Cons

      bad pay which is non competitive compared to other plumbing companies in the field,plumbers here are looked at as less than by managers due to logans being a mostly HVAC oriented company so nothing is rewarded or recognized.They will hire new plumbers and pay them more than guys working there currently and offer no raise to accommodate this.
