Administrators say they are open to new ideas, but employees who share ideas outside the current procedures are thought of as being negative, even if a new process could benefit employees and/or students. Unethical actions taken by administrators, but employees who witness it and point out those actions are thought to not be a team player. Toxic environment for employees and students.

Essentially communism. Their values are so beyond messed up. Though it's a private school and students are the product, they treat people and coworkers with the same respect. Oh and the turn over rate is quick because they will kick out anyone for any reasons. A good coworker of mine got let go and when they asked why they were told "it wasn't up for discussion"
