Pros
I never felt like I didn't want to go to work. Everyday is a new adventure and a new chance to make a great acquaintance ! The owners feel like family and the customers feel like lifelong friends. I've never worked in a better environment and would still if these restrictions on my life did not come into play. Someday!
Cons
This is a high person to person interaction job and Covid just threw a big ol monkey wrench into the otherwise blissfully ticking over works! I have every confidence that they will come back stronger then ever!

LOGE Camps is a start up which allows the best version of you to come forth. Collaboration fuels our accomplishments and at the end of the day, we are all very proud of what we have accomplished
Cons
we have to be agile in a young business. some love this and some love a more strict routine. I feel like this provides engagement, but some might not love how quickly we evolve.
