The environment was not welcoming. Little to no regard for accessibility. Disconnect between mission and practice.

Co worker asked for raise since she was in charge of shop and got $0.30 cents per hour. Obviously, she resigned, was like a slap on her face. Once, turtle hospital ran out of Air Conditioning so they took our only unit to be used by turtles. So humans are less important than animals. Another time, they had a reception for donors, but we, the employees, where not allowed to eat the food served. I,m glad I'm out of there, Was good during college years
