      Going really bad for experienced Engineers

      Pros

      - Great culture - Really good hiring process - Great perks - Greatest team I ever have (squad) - It can be a school for beginners

      Cons

      - Huge monolithic app - Extremely bureaucratic on code review (Extremely) - The huge legacy product (a monster) will dominate you. - Pray before for the right Engineer Manager or Pray after for the great nightmare, make your choice.

      - Well structured hiring process - Engaging product - Warm welcome culture since the beginning - Using some nice and recent tech (Kotlin and Python) - Great compensation - Career development plan (Y path)

      Cons

      - The benefits for the Portuguese branch are far away from the benefits offered on the Brazilian branch - We need to register time in and time out every day, struggling a bit the flexible time culture - The onboarding process needs to be re-think in order to make it smooth from both Portuguese and Brazilian branches - The company offers a Dell PC and that's it. - The benefits for the Portuguese branch could be as good as the Brazilian branch

      Pros

      The work environment, benefits and diversity are incredible. As a new-comer to the technology sector Loggi doesn't expect me to already know everything and gives me time to learn at my rhythm with positive feedback. As a foreigner you always have your doubts if you will manage to integrate yourself well but this was one of the easiest and natural things ever at Loggi, people are super open and try everything to make you feel comfortable and accepted. Also it's full of challenges and chances to stand out and grow professionally.

      Cons

      I personally don't see it as a con but it could definitely be one for some people, working at Loggi is a constant change and this comes with many challenges. You have to be comfortable with stopping everything you were working on to focus on something else. This can be frustrating at times because it might seem like your work was for nothing but you will experience this in pretty much any company growing at Loggi's rate. Also it"s a very good exercise of adaptation from which you will benefit from professionally as much as also personally.
