Cons

Understaffed due to cuts, executives salaries beefed up while redundancies and restructures ruined the culture and created resentment through the office. Very long hours due to lack of adequate resourcing

Pleasant people, multi-discipline work is engaging, good individual development, learnt a lot there

Cons

The Pay is terrible if you're below Senior Engineer level but they still expect you to work well above your contract hours to "get things done", so expect a >45hr week on a lot of unengaging work(there's always things that need to get done). Very top heavy in control systems, constantly employing for "technical capability" when half the team are scrounging for work (makes a lot of people anxious about job security).

Multi-Culture working environment Great team and associate Offered free Training program with CT On-site receive allowances and overtime hours (normal rate) Project manager and seniors are helpful Engineers are being well treated compared to other such as HR, Admin and Management Company start to bring more juniors/graduates for the future backbone of the company

Lower salary benefit Only internal training provided and job hours might be quite tight to some of the projects Long Site Travels will be required depending on the job Organizations have gone through the restructuring over the years this impact company's culture Company shift focuses on wide range of industry and going into the new industry that has no or low previous experiences
