Pros

The CEO and management staff care about the people. Open and honest environment from top to bottom. Expectations are set for doing great things as the solution evolves. Tools and training are available to help staff meet those goals. Work life balance is sensible and flexible for the different needs of different people. Being surrounded by passionate, smart people. Interview process was personal and down to earth.

Cons

The main product has some legacy code that can be challenging to accommodate as the system is maintained and evolved into a newer solution.

Pros

Transparent company that actually cares about their employees. Management genuinely cares if you fulfilled, helps you grow in your role and offers general support. The CEO hosts semi-monthly lunches to make sure he knows everyone in the company and makes sure no good ideas are overlooked. Such a low turnover rate, once people start working here, they do not want to leave.

Pros

There are so many pros! The people are amazing and it starts at the very top with a Leadership team that are smart, open and honest and genuinely care about each and every employee. The atmosphere is one that makes you feel like you've always belonged, even if you're brand new. Everyone is working towards the same common goal and although we have all levels of employees and leaders, everyone is treated with the same respect and transparency.
