      Before joining Logic Planet, I did my homework. The company has been in the business for over 25 years and has a good reputation in the industry., which gave me a sense of stability. After joining, I've seen that this is true in how the company operates. Onboarding and exits are handled in a fair and professional manner, and performance related concerns are addressed with maturity and support. As a Sales Manager this stability helps me manage my team more effectively and provide them with a sense of security, growth, and recognition for their efforts. This makes my role more satisfying and helps create a positive team environment.
