      Management make you write a positive glass door review! Dont be fooled by the positive reviews

      Pretty good product, quite possibly the best in the business

      Cons

      Management has no direction Casual Racist remarks from management Bullying culture for management, who thinks its ok to get drunk on a work event and berate staff about their choice of food Terrible management of staff - I had received an email about another staff members termination which did not happen till 3 weeks later Minimal policies and procedures Management bypassing the front door for certain things Bullying culture You know you are about to be let go when you get frozen out and stop receiving emails from management Management making you post on linkedin and glass door leaving positive reviews

      Pros

      The culture in Logic Monitor is energetic, professional and down to earth. I am already so impressed with the technology and level on training offered in the business.

      Pros

      Company Culture is great Team is amazing Compensation & benefits are great. Product is a market leader Career progression has been fantastic - I have been here for 3 years and been promoted twice .

      Cons

      Training in APAC region hasn't been as efficient and straightforward as other regions due to having a smaller team and sales enablement team being in the US but is still good.
