      Pros

      Great place to learn experience, they work with you on your current skill level. Not good for training per say but if you want to learn then you just need to be a go getter. Good benefits and bonuses

      Cons

      Micro managing puts a dent on anyone but management means well. Once they trust you they leave you alone.
