Pros
Flexible hours. Work from home. Social and enjoyable atmosphere. Open office environment. Weekly company lunches. Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow (including raises and bonuses). Challenging work.
Cons
1 unisex bathroom. No benefits. Very low wage (compared to big tech companies). Sink or swim work environment (little to no on-board training).

Pros
The knowledge and experience gained at Logicdrop is invaluable. You wont' be given meaningless busy work. You'll be assigned a project and tasked with finishing it from beginning to end. Not many companies out there are willing to let new developers develop an entire project from scratch as their first task on the job. This is what puts Logicdrop ahead of everyone else.
Cons
Small office and only one bathroom.
